NON-WOVEN FABRICS FILTER WITH DOUBLE LAYER STRUCTURE AND PROCESS OF THE SAME

A nonwoven fabric filter in a dual structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure filtering efficiency while forming a thickness of a cylinder part thin, thereby minimizing the generation of pressure loss and simplifying construction of a filter set in combination with filters formed of other materials. A nonwoven fabric filter in a dual structure includes a skin layer formed of polyolefin nonwoven fabric layer and forming an inner surface part of the filter, and a supporting layer formed on the skin layer, wherein the skin layer and the supporting layer are integrated together in the shape of cylinder by thermal fusion. The supporting layer is formed by overlapping polyester nonwoven fabric layers(14) and polyolefin nonwoven fabric layers(12) alternately.
