An operational amplifier circuit and an analog switch circuit are provided to operate at a high speed and to improve an output driving performance and frequency characteristics. An operational amplifier circuit(430) includes a constant current source circuit(431), an output terminal circuit(433), and a differential input circuit(443). The constant current source circuit(431) has a first transistor(Q422) and a first resistance device(R401) connected between a gate and a source of the first transistor(Q422). The output terminal circuit(433) has a first output transistor(Q433) and a second output transistor(Q434) connected to an output terminal of the operational amplifier circuit(430). And, the differential input circuit(443) includes a current mirror circuit having a first input transistor(Q423) for receiving a first input signal, a second input transistor(Q429) for receiving a second input signal, a fifth transistor(Q430) connected to the first input transistor(Q423), and a sixth transistor(Q431) connected to the second input transistor(Q429).
