An LPLI(Liquid Phase LPG Injection) fuel system of a vehicle and a control method thereof are provided to maintain output of an engine at a constant level by detecting the flow rate of fuel actually supplied to a fuel rail through the temperature of fuel supplied to the fuel rail and controlling output of a fuel pump. An LPLI fuel system of a vehicle, comprises a fuel tank(10) in which fuel is stored; a fuel pump(20) for discharging fuel stored in the fuel tank; an injector(40) which is arranged on a fuel line for delivering fuel discharged by the fuel pump, and injects fuel to an engine; a first temperature sensor(70) coupled to the fuel tank so as to measure the temperature of fuel stored in the fuel tank; a second temperature sensor(80) coupled to the fuel line so as to measure the temperature of fuel being delivered to the injector; and a controller(60) for comparing the temperature measured by the first temperature sensor and the temperature measured by the second temperature sensor, and controlling output of the fuel pump in accordance with the result of the comparison.
