A mobile phone is provided to perform setting, selecting and controlling the mobile phone in various manners without opening a mobile phone. A connection part(4) connects the first body(2) and the second body(3) such that the first and second bodies(2,3) can be foldable by the connection part(4). The first display unit(5) is disposed on a surface of the first body(2) that faces the second body(3) in a folded state. A photographing unit captures an image of a subject and outputs image data. A shutter button receives a photographing instruction from the photographing unit and disposed. The photographing unit and the shutter button are disposed on an outer surface of a mobile phone. The second display unit is disposed on a rear surface of the first display unit(5) and displays image such that the connection part(4) is positioned at an upper side in a folded state. At least one manipulating unit is disposed on the rear surface and used in the folded state of the mobile phone. A controller controls to display a function allocated to at least one manipulation unit on the second display unit when the mobile phone is in the folded state.
