摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and a process cartridge which aim at accurately successively detecting the residual amount of developer regardless of environment.

SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus and the process cartridge have corresponding PAF for every service environment to detect the residual amount by using the PAF corresponding to the service environment when successively detecting the residual amount.
