PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a video or voice sufficiently satisfying the intention of a photographer, and to call them as a video or voice in a simple method, and to exchange them by a simple method, and to specialize the imaging recording in a limited region.

SOLUTION: A photographer 10 performs arbitrary imaging based on his or her intention by an imaging means 11a so that the imaging data can be stored in a imaging database 13. In response to the issue of an IC tag 14 corresponding to the imaging data, a person 15 having the IC tag 14 makes a reading means 11c read the IC tag 14. A reproducing means 11d for calling and reproducing the imaging data from the imaging database is integrated into only a system dedicated terminal placed in a specific place or region.
