<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight of a dilution chamber by structuring it with a material containing resin, and also to suppress charging of static electricity in the dilution chamber. <P>SOLUTION: The dilution chamber diluting inflammable gas with diluting gas is a chassis structured by a material containing resin, and includes an inflammable gas portal introducing inflammable gas and a dilution gas inlet introducing dilution gas into its inside in a dilution device diluting inflammable gas by dilution gas.
