<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quality inspection method of a coil capable of knowing the size and distance of the damage of the coil for clearing the acceptance standard of partial discharge start voltage and capable of setting a control standard in consideration of the correlation, and a quality inspection device of the coil. <P>SOLUTION: The quality inspection device of the coil is equipped with a container 2 for housing a coil product 1 having a plurality of coils, which are insulated mutually, attached to it, the electrode 2a provided in the container 2, the power supply device 4 connected to the electrode 2a, a current measuring instrument 5 for measuring the value of the current carried by the electrode 2a, the terminals (terminal groups 7 and 8) separately connected to a plurality of the coils of the coil product 1 and a partial discharge start voltage measuring instrument 6 for measuring voltage enough to start the passage of electric current between the coils. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
