PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost related to a robot, in a tire manufacturing process having the tire molding step which consists of one or more steps of moving with a robot a rigid core to a station for attaching tire constituent members, attaching the predetermined tire constituent members on the rigid core and thereafter again with the robot taking out the rigid core from the station and the tire vulcanizing step wherein the raw tire formed in the tire molding step, inclusive of the rigid core, is arranged in a vulcanizing mold to vulcanize the tire, and a tire manufacturing system therefor. SOLUTION: In attaching the tire constituent members in each station, after the rigid core is transferred, mounted and set to the stationary spindle installed in each station from the robot, the attaching is started, and before the rigid core is removed from the stationary spindle with the robot, the attaching is finished.
