PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack making information transmission possible in addition to the transmission of DC power by only the connection of two terminals of a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and to provide a connection system of the battery pack. SOLUTION: The battery pack 1 reads out an identification information or an operation state detection information from an identification information recording means or a cell operation state detection means 10 with a control means 3 and inputs the read out information in a modulater 5, and the modulater 5 modulates the information to an information signal capable of superimposing on a DC power transmission line and sends the modulated signal from a positive electrode charge/discharge terminal 11 to a charge device 20 or a load device 30. The charge device 20 or the load device 30 demodulates the sent information signal and takes out the identification information or the operation state detection information, and a charge power output from a charge power source 23 or a discharge power output to a load 33 is controlled with power source control means 25, 35.
