PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation method for a video achieving video expression having new interest by use of basic information having chaos properties. SOLUTION: This video generation method has a basic information conversion step for converting the basic information, having the chaos property into arithmetic data allowing numeric calculation; a chaos characteristic space generation step, including a chaos attracter calculation step for calculating a chaos attracter, a Poincare section configuration step for performing a cut in a Poincare section, and a reference point setting step for setting a reference point, and generating a chaos characteristic space; and a sound generation step for generating a sound file, according to a prescribed sound generation rule. The video generation method has a form generation step for generating a video file, in accordance with a prescribed video generation rule by using each of the sound file, the chaos characteristic space and the arithmetic data prepared by at least one of the steps as video element information.
