PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform quality control of developed software to which a reliability growth model is applied. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a management parameter collecting means for collecting via a communication line each program file which is respectively created on a plurality of computers being connected with each other via the communication line and storing the program, detecting change information between the presently collected program file and the previously collected/stored program file, associating the change information with an execution date, and accumulating/storing them in a storage medium, a reliability growth model calculating means for calculating the reliability growth model using the program file change information in a management parameter detected by the management parameter collecting means, and a quality control information outputting means for outputting the reliability growth model calculated by the reliability growth model calculating means in a table or a graph, thus calculating the reliability growth model using the change information of the program file.
