PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably drive a lens by always maintaining a surface contact state between an oscillation member and a contact member in an oscillatory type linear actuator. SOLUTION: The optical equipment is provided with: a lens 2 (12); and the oscillatory type linear actuator including the oscillation member 19 whose oscillation is excited by electromechanical energy conversion action and the contact member 18 which press-contacts with the oscillation member, and driving the lens in an optical axis direction. The optical equipment is provided with a holding mechanism 22 holding either the oscillation member or the contact member and receiving force weaker than the press-contact force between the oscillation member and the contact member so as to change the position and the inclination of either member.
