PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical medium which enables a user to observe an image repeatedly and enjoy oneself, can be used without concerns even when the user is a child and also can be manufactured at a low cost as a medium for advertisement, and to provide a method of observing optical image which allows to see simply an optical image without looking for a point light source. SOLUTION: In the method of observing optical image, a Fourier transformation lens film on which an optical image is formed and a light transmission sheet on which a plurality of light transmission parts capable of transmitting light in a dotted pattern are disposed are overlapped, and the light applied from the direction in which the light transmission sheet is overlapped is viewed from the Fourier transformation lens film side through the light transmission parts.
