PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic powder-containing thermally degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet forming a good sintered product. SOLUTION: The inorganic powder-containing thermally degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet comprises a copolymer of different two or more kinds of alkyl methacrylates composed of 1-20 carbon number or a copolymer of different two or more kinds of alkyl methacrylates composed of 1-20 carbon number and (meth)acrylic acid as a thermally degradable pressure-sensitive adhesive resin and inorganic powder selected from the group consisting of glass frit, alumina powder, silver powder, silver oxide powder, copper powder, indium tin oxide powder, gold powder and solder powder and having sinterability.
