PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for a heat sterilized packaging film which is excellent in transparency, impact resistance and rigidity, and to provide a heat sterilized packaging film made from the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition for a heat sterilized packaging film comprises: (A) 55-90 wt.% of a crystalline propylene/α-olefin random copolymer with an MFR of 1-30 g/10 minutes and a parameter (I5) of less than 96.0; (B) 5-30 wt.% of an ethylene-based polymer with a density of 0.86-0.90 g/cm<SP>3</SP>and an MFR of 0.5-10 g/10 minutes; and (C) 5-15 wt.% of an ethylene-based polymer with a density of 0.93-0.99 g/cm and an MFR of 1-1,000 g/10 minutes.
