PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a danger of breaking at a girth connecting place, by preventing a curve of a through-column. SOLUTION: The lower end of the through-column 1 is bound to a first drawing bolt 8 fixed to a foundation 4, and the upper end is bound to an upper end horizontal member 7a by a second drawing bolt 16, and the mutual first and second drawing bolts are bound by a tie-bolt 10 by using a plurality of relay metallic materials 9 fixed to a side surface of the through-column 1. In a place of an intermediate horizontal member 6a, the tie-bolt 12 is penetrated through the intermediate horizontal member 6a, and is joined and bound to vertically fixed relay metallic materials 11 and 13 of a place joined with the intermediate horizontal member 6a.
