PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic induction heating apparatus for interior finishing construction, which is used when a surface finishing material is bonded to a substrate material by means of a hot-melt adhesive, and which enables efficient construction by enabling the surface finishing material to be surely bonded without damage to the substrate material. SOLUTION: The substrate material (5) comprises two types of substrate materials, that is, a substrate material with a heating and cooling function, such as a warm water mat in which a metal member (6) to be heated is arranged on a metal sheet for thermal diffusion of a surface, and a substrate material for thickness adjustment, in which the member (6) is directly arranged on a nonmetal base material. The electromagnetic induction heating apparatus for interior finishing construction, which comprises a heating coil device (2) for applying a line of magnetic force to the member (6), and a power supply unit (1), enables the output of the line of magnetic force of the heating coil device (2) to be switched to a predetermined output among a plurality of preset outputs.
