PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment for a nozzle with which dust, trash, etc. at the corner of a floor surface and a wall surface and a corner part of a floor surface which cannot be removed only by suction with a nozzle of a conventional vacuum cleaner can be cleaned without changing the direction of the nozzle or replacing of the nozzle with that of a different form. SOLUTION: Regarding the electric vacuum cleaner, a nozzle body 10 is mounted to the distal end of a hose whose one end is combined with a vacuum cleaner body. A trash wiping implement 1 to be mounted to the nozzle body 10 is formed of elastic and nearly-belt-like material. One proximal end side of the implement 1 in a longitudinal direction is connected and the other proximal end side is divided into the state of strips of paper e.g. to be formed in a free state. Then a proximal end side in a connected state is fixed to both of the side faces of the nozzle body 10, and the distal end side in the free state is mounted so as to project outward from both of the side faces of the nozzle body 10. In this case, the bottom surface of the suction port and a suction port on a front face in a moving direction of the nozzle body 10 are in an open state without being covered with the trash wiping implement 1.
