<p>A production system of narrow stripe member, even though small in size, simple in structure and low in cost, can enhance the quality of a narrow stripe member (C) by shortening the storage time. A cutting means (43) cuts a wide stripe member (B) immediately after formation along a reinforcing element (H) to produce a plurality of cut narrow stripe members (C), and each narrow stripe member (C) is wound around an independent roll by a winding means (46). The winder for winding the stripe member temporarily and a paying-out roll stand are no longer needed, and the structure of the system is simplified. Overall size and manufacturing cost of the system are reduced while the need for storage space is eliminated, and the quality is enhanced by shortening the storage time.</p> |
