A frame panel is provided to simplify the manufacturing process by forming a front plate and a rear plate integrally by blowing, and save the product cost as well as improving stiffness and light weight. A frame panel comprises a main body, a hollow pattern and a groove pattern(40). The main body includes a front plate(10) and a rear plate(20). The hollow pattern and the groove pattern are formed to function as reinforcement patterns. The front and the rear plates are integrally formed with each other by blowing. The front plate includes a vertical groove pattern(V40) and a horizontal groove pattern(H40) formed not on the center area but around the circumference. The rear plate includes a square reinforcement pattern constituted by a vertical groove pattern and a horizontal groove pattern, and further includes a diagonal groove pattern(D40) crossing the square reinforcement groove pattern.
