<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the overdischarge of an accumulator or short output even in the case of mounting an accumulator such as a small-sized generator and a secondary battery. <P>SOLUTION: When car velocity V is over a threshold Vref even at OFF or ON of a 4WD switch signal SW, high voltage Vhi is set to the output voltage Vout of a DC/DC converter (S130), and when the 4WD switch signal SW is ON and the car velocity V is not more than the threshold Vref, low voltage Vlo is set to the output voltage Vout of the DC/DC converter(S140). When the voltage Vb of a low-voltage system arrives at less than the threshold Vmin, voltage Vmd a little higher than the lowest working voltage of auxiliary equipment in the low-voltage system is set to the output voltage Vout of the DC/DC converter (S160).
