<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a baking device and a baking method capable of uniformly heating an object. <P>SOLUTION: This baking device is provided with heat-insulated walls (an insulated vessel 10) surrounding an object (heat-insulated tube 100) having a space. The heat-insulated wall has a power supply path insertion part and an exhaust passage insertion part. The power supply path insertion part is adapted to insert the power supply path (wire 32) for heating the object by carrying a current thereto into the inside and outside of an area surrounded by the heat-insulated walls. The exhaust passage insertion part is adapted to insert an exhaust passage (exhaust tube 42) for evacuating the space of the object into the inside and outside of an area surrounded by the heat-insulated walls. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
