<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service trader support system capable of supporting smooth business activities to a store, etc. <P>SOLUTION: When a customer requests registration of customer placement information in a customer area 33 assigned to the customer by transmitting the placement information desired to be opened to a support server 11 by a service trader terminal 12, the support server registers the customer placement information in the customer area 33. When a browsing person terminal 14 requests browse of the registered placement information to the support server 11, the support server 11 transmits the placement information registered in an open area 34 of a data base 21 to the browsing person terminal 14 which requests the browse as page data.
