<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a decision-maker of an approval route with the same approval rule even for a different organizational structure. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises a storage part 15 which stores candidate information about an approval candidate, the approval route corresponding to an application classification, the approval rule for every approval step corresponding to the approval rule, a rule element corresponding to the approval rule and priority of each rule element, an approval route retrieval means for retrieving the approval route corresponding to the application classification of an approval object, an approval rule retrieval means for retrieving the approval rule for every approval step corresponding to the retrieved approval route, a rule element extraction means for extracting the rule element corresponding to the retrieved approval rule according to the priority, a candidate retrieval means for retrieving the candidate corresponding to the extracted rule element, and a setting means for setting the retrieved candidate as a decision maker of the approval route. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
