<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple lubricating oil feeder securely feeding a lubricating oil to helical gears. <P>SOLUTION: The helical gear mechanism formed of a drive helical gear 6 and a driven helical gear 1 meshed with the drive helical gear comprises a support shaft 3 rotatably and axially displaceably supporting the driven helical gear. The support shaft comprises at least two oil passages 3b and 3c opening to the surface of the support shaft. The two oil passages are formed offset in the axial direction. The two oil passages are so formed that the driven helical gear is moved in the axial direction according to an axial force generated when the drive helical gear is meshed with the driven helical gear, and the opening area of one of the oil passages is increased by the movement of the driven helical gear and the opening area of the other of the oil passages is decreased. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
