PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To input an accumulated mileage from an accumulated mileage meter, and to inform a user of the effect when the accumulated mileage reaches a special value. SOLUTION: When receiving a change of the accumulated mileage from the accumulated mileage meter (step S201), the changed accumulated mileage is stored (step S202). Then, it is determined whether the accumulated mileage reaches a special value or not (step S203). When the accumulated mileage reaches the special value, a control circuit 100 outputs the fact that the accumulated mileage reaches the special value by a voice (or displays the spot and the special value on a guide route), to thereby inform the user of the effect (step S204).
