PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crosslinking agent capable of giving excellent continuous crosslinking productivity and high rubber characteristics to a polymer, and a thermoplastic crosslinking rubber composition using it. SOLUTION: This crosslinking agent is mainly composed of a triallyl isocyanurate and a liquid at 0°C, and may contain a liquidizing agent, and this thermoplastic crosslinking rubber composition comprises a crosslinking rubber and a thermoplastic resin and it is crosslinked using the crosslinking agent.
