PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten positioning time for press-contacting, to reduce positioning errors due to heat or the like, and to perform accurate positioning by providing a press-contacting method with a function for correcting the quantity of deviation in aθdirection while preventing an index table from being complicated. SOLUTION: In the TAB component press-contacting method, a plurality of bonding heads 18 for sucking and holding a TAB component 2 are arranged on an index table 17 at an equal interval and respective positions of a TAB component supply (a), a TAB component position recognizer (b), and a temporary press-contact (c), are arranged. The amount of deviation of the TAB component 2 from a prescribed position in theθdirection on the TAB component position recognizer (b) is recognized by a TAB component position recognition camera 22, and before temporary press-contacting on the temporary press-contact (c), the bonding head 18 is rotated around the index table 17 in accordance with the amount of deviation in theθdirection to correct the amount of deviation.
