PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing system capable of aligning sheets efficiently and following high speed of an image forming device. SOLUTION: This sheet post-processing device has a sheet rotation and delivery mechanism for rotating a sheet delivered from the image forming device in a sheet plane and conveying it, an inclination loading part constituted to load two adjacent sides on a tip side in the direction of conveyance toward a lower side in the direction of gravity so as to elevate and lower, and a reference wall being reference when aligning two sides. At least one reference wall is movably constituted. In a bundle of sheets loaded on the inclination loading part constituted to elevate and lower, bundles of sheets positioned at the uppermost position are aligned and then are conveyed up to a stack position by pressing sheet end parts on the reference wall.
