PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device of a hermetically sealed package capable of detecting the presence of the pinhole of the hermetically sealed package efficiently and simply. SOLUTION: In the inspection device of the hermetically sealed package for detecting the pinhole of the planar hermetically sealed package formed by covering content with an electric insulating film, the pinhole of the hermetically sealed package 60 having content extending in a feed direction over a predetermined length (a) is detected. The inspection device of the hermetically sealed package includes a roller conveyor not shown in Fig. for feeding the hermetically sealed package 60 in the direction shown by an arrow and brushes 42b and 43b provided so as to come into contact with one side of the hermetically sealed package 60 when the hermetically sealed package 60 is fed by the roller conveyor.
