PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste oil combustion burner capable of reusing a substance such as tempera oil or engine oil for an energy source to use it as a resource. SOLUTION: This waste oil combustion burner uses a cylindrical vessel as an outer frame 1, is provided with a blast opening 5 on its side face, is also provided with a partition on its bottom part, and is so structured that waste oil fuel is heated by heat leaked out of an upper refractory castable and injected into a combustion chamber 6 in a high-temperature state. Air sucked from the blast opening 5 is similarly heated as well and entered into the combustion chamber from ventilation holes 4a and 4b. In order to ignite a waste oil combustion burner, kerosine is injected from a starting fuel inlet 9, guided into the combustion chamber and heated until the refractory castable glows. The waste oil combustion burner is ignited when the waste oil is injected in this stage and can execute combustion by itself even if supply of kerosine is stopped. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
