PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerant liquid injection device and a refrigerant liquid injection method improving cooling performance as a cooling module by ensuring air venting in injecting a refrigerant liquid into the cooling module to secure the required quantity of refrigerant liquid. SOLUTION: The refrigerant liquid injection device for injecting the refrigerant liquid into the cooling module M comprises: a first connection port body 29a connected to a circulating passage 6 of the cooling module, and a second connection port body 29b connected to a reserve tank part 11; a refrigerant liquid supply mechanism K communicating with the first and second connection port bodies respectively through three-way selector valves 30A, 30B and supplying the refrigerant liquid to one of the first and second connection port bodies according to a switching direction, and a discharge mechanism H venting air from the other side and recovering the refrigerant liquid; and a support mechanism S supporting the cooling module and changing the support attitude of the cooling module according to the switching timing of the three-way selector valves.
