PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dynamic damper, a dynamic damper unit with the dynamic damper, a manufacturing method of the dynamic damper, and a mounting structure of the dynamic damper capable of damping vibrations generated on a sheet for a vehicle over a wide range of frequencies. SOLUTION: The active dynamic damper (ACD) 50 is mounted on a sheet frame 200 of a sheet for a vehicle. The ACD 50 can reciprocate a moving element in an axial direction of a stator by changing a direction of current flowing through a coil. Thus, the vibrations generated on the sheet for a vehicle can be damped over a wide range of frequencies so that the moving element can be operated in response to the vibrations generated in the sheet frame 200.
