PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid compressor excellent in performance and reliability preventing external bleeding of oil by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The liquid compressor 1 is provided with: a compression mechanism part 2; a lower frame 801 fixing a hermetic vessel 700 fixing an sub-bearing 800; an oil reservoir part 730 storing oil in a hermetic vessel bottom part; and a pump part 900 supplying oil through an oil passage 311. A plurality of holes 801a between a plurality of core cut part 601a of a stator of the lower frame and oil staying in an upper part of the lower frame is dropped to the oil reservoir part. Consequently, compressed fluid is prevented from blowing up oil staying in the upper part of the lower frame and atomizing the same, bleed of oil to outside of the compressor is reduced.
