PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining device capable of preventing the occurrence of looseness by shearing force, by firmly joining a woody material and a joining object material. SOLUTION: This joining device is characterized by having a joint tool 20 connected to the joining object material, a bar-shaped connecting tool 30 for forming a bolt hole in the axis of an end part on the joint tool 20 side and having an end surface 36 contacted in a surface with the joint tool 20, and a high strength bolt 40 for frictionally joining the bar-shaped connecting tool 30 and the joint tool 20 by being fastened to the bolt hole 38 of the bar-shaped connecting tool 30 by penetrating through a through-hole 247 formed in the joint tool 20. Such a constitution can firmly frictionally join the bar-shaped connecting tool 30 and the joint tool 20 by making high tension act on the high strength bolt 40. Thus, the occurrence of looseness can be prevented even if the shearing force acts on a joining part of the woody material 10 and the joining object material. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
