PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micropassage device in which temperature of fluid flowing in a micropassage can be adjusted and further the fluid can be simply and easily irradiated with light. SOLUTION: The micropassage device 1 is provided with a substrate 23 having the micropassage 3 where the fluid (a) flows and a heater 7 for adjusting temperature of the fluid (a) located at a first part 5 of the micropassage 3. The substrate 23 is provided with an optical waveguide 15, which has one end 11 optically joined to a second part 9 of the micropassage 3 and another end 13, and an optical waveguide 21, which has one end 17 optically joined to the one end 11 of the optical waveguide 15 via the second part 9 and another end 19.
