The launch system (1) for extruder (2) that has an extruder housing in which a worm extruder is mounted, consists of a coupling head (12) for capturing exiting melt from the extruder. There is a pull device (14) linked to the coupling head and which operates in the direction of future discharge direction. The pull device may be a cord, chain or pipe and may comprise a thread. The coupling head may have a clamping device for fixing the melt. The extruder may have a pipe head (3) through which the melt exits in the form of a pipe (18) and whose front end is coupled with the coupling head. The coupling head may have a cylindrical projection (16) for coupling and supporting the melt pipe.
