A method and a system for performing communication with a conversational agent in a PC are provided to use a messenger in the PC by using the conversational agent even if a user is absent from the PC, and utilize conversation between the conversational agent and an opposite party by checking the conversation between the conversational agent and the opposite party later. The PC(1) includes a conversational agent program to respond to a message received from an opposite PC(2) through the messenger. A conversational agent service server(4) receives the message from the PC, finds a response fit for the received message, and transfers the found response to the PC. A conversation database(5) stores message/response pairs. |
