An IC card, a mobile terminal, and a terminal device equipped with a mileage reduction function, a mileage reduction system, and a recording medium thereof are provided to make a mileage reduction interface more convenient and widen utilization of the IC card by storing rule information for reducing mileages to the IC card or the mobile terminal. An I/O(Input/Output) interface(110) transceives data with the IC card(100) or the mobile terminal storing the mileage information. A processor(115) operates an application for determining reduction of the mileage information stored in the IC card or the mobile terminal by linking with a memory(120) storing/managing mileage reduction rule information. If the reduction rule is satisfied, the application reduces the mileage information stored in the IC card or the mobile terminal. The memory is installed to the IC chip, the mobile terminal, the terminal device, and/or a server. |
