<p>An easily installable air conditioner and an installation method for the air conditioner. The air conditioner (100) comprises a blowout chamber (3), a clearance closing sheet (5), a radiating panel (1), and a support frame (6). The blowout chamber (3) comprises a blowout port (31) from which a temperature-controlled air is blown out, and is disposed so that the blowout port (31) can face an indoor (RS) side through an opening (32) for blowout chamber formed in a ceiling surface (CL). The clearance closing sheet (5) is fixed to the ceiling surface (CL) and closes a clearance between the blowout port (31) and the opening (32) for blowout chamber formed in the ceiling surface (CL). The radiating panel (1) is disposed to cover the blowout port (31) from the indoor (RS) side, and forms a space (IS) into which air blown out from the blowout port (31) is taken. Also, the radiating panel (1) is formed of a fiber-based material having a prescribed emissivity and allowing air to permeate therethrough. The support frame (6) is formed separately from the clearance closing sheet (5), fixed to the ceiling surface (CL), and supports the radiating panel (1).</p> |
