An electrical connecting member capable of achieving the stable connection with a simple structure and a connector using the same are provided to increase the number of contacts and narrow the pitch. An elastic member(11) has a rectangular panel shape, a maintaining surface and a flat base surface(14) opposite to the maintaining surface. A conductive member(31) is arranged on the surface of a film(21) opposite to the maintaining surface. A pair of protrusion members(15) are protruded from the elastic member. Each protrusion member has a protruded base surface(14a) with a flat shape extended from the base surface. A curved surface with a cylindrical shape is protruded toward the protruded base surface. The conductive patterns are arranged with a strip-like pattern on the surface of the film.
