A condenser integrally assembled with an oil cooler is provided to exchange heat efficiently by minimizing heat transmitted from the oil cooler to the condenser through a first header and a second header with a heat transfer restricting groove between baffle plates with simple structure. A condenser integrated with an oil cooler includes a first header(22) and a second header(24) formed at both sides, a baffler plate(26) installed in the first header and the second header to divide the condenser from the oil cooler, plural tubes(28) connecting the first header to the second header to circulate heat exchange media, and radiating fins(30) inserted between the tubes to promote heat exchange of the heat exchange media. Plural baffle plates are installed in an interface part of the condenser and the oil cooler in the first header and the second header to minimize heat transferred from the oil cooler to the condenser, and a heat transfer restricting groove(36) is formed in the header pipe between the baffle plates. An empty tube(29) is installed between the tubes arranged between the baffle plates to restrict heat transfer without actuating fluid.
