A vehicle use and management system is provided to reduce economical loss due to trials and errors by measuring and managing correctly the amount of fuel. A vehicle use and management system includes a voltage detection unit(A5), a room temperature detection unit(A6), an injector driving signal detection unit(A7), a non-volatile data storage unit(A8), a volatile data storage unit(A9), a control calculation unit(A10), an internal variable setup unit(A11), a buzzer and voice alarm unit(A12), an LCD display unit(A13), and a traveling distance detection unit(A14). The vehicle use and management system manages the total amount of fuel, a traveling period, a fuel reference value, present used hours, a load voltage setup warning value, a no-load voltage setup warning value, a low temperature warning setup value, a high temperature warning setup value, and a consumption good exchange period reference value.
