METHOD OF MANUFACTURING DOLL OR ORNAMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a doll or an ornament having elegant expression and excellent coloring and free from the occurrence of crack or peeling is obtained and a desired shape is easily and inexpensively formed.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the doll or the ornament is carried out by charging a mixture obtained by mixing a carbon material obtained by firing and carbonizing an organic raw material under an inert gas or vacuum atmosphere with a thermosetting resin into a mold, forming under a condition of ordinary temperature/non-pressure to obtain a formed body and firing and carbonizing the formed body under an inert or vacuum atmosphere to form a substrate for the doll or the ornament.
