PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communications system which can utilize various network connection services.

SOLUTION: A connection device 1 is positioned between a host apparatus 10 and a communications module 20. The connection device 1 and a router 60 performs a line control and an address transformation processing, so that the host apparatus 10 and an management computer 51, which are set for a service for a network connection, which gives a fixed IP address can utilize a network connection service which gives a dynamic IP address can be utilized.
