<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a near-infrared spectral analyzer having a constitution in which a detector receiving interference light and converting it into an electric signal is placed outside an interferometer, and the interference light is guided into the detector by an optical fiber. <P>SOLUTION: This near-infrared spectral analyzer is equipped with: a light source means for floodlighting a measuring object; a light receiving means for detecting diffused reflected light from the measuring object; a spectral means for spectrally diffracting the diffused reflected light detected by the light receiving means to generate the interference light; and a detection means for detecting the interference light separated and arranged by the spectral means and converting a light signal into an electric signal. The analyzer has a constitution wherein the spectral means and the detection means are connected together by a light transmission means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
