PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of suppressing the malfunction of an electronic switch due to a strong radio wave. SOLUTION: When a voltage supplied to the inverting input terminal of a comparator circuit COM 21 is a voltage V<SB>1</SB>denoting no detection of a radio wave and no detection of a game ball, since a voltage V<SB>41</SB>used for a discrimination threshold value is switched into an intermediate voltage V<SB>41</SB>hi between a voltage V<SB>2</SB>denoting detection of a game ball and a voltage V<SB>3</SB>denoting detection of the radio wave, and when the voltage supplied to the inverting input terminal of the comparator circuit COM 21 is a voltage V<SB>2</SB>, since the voltage V<SB>41</SB>used for the discrimination threshold value is switched into an intermediate voltage V1<SB>41</SB>lo between the voltage V<SB>1</SB>and the voltage V<SB>3</SB>, when the radio wave is detected, the electronic switch 21 detects the game ball 31 but the operation of the comparator circuit COM 21 for counting the game balls is held.
