摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplification type solid-state imaging apparatus, capable of providing images of high image quality and making the pixel size small. SOLUTION: A input side of a switched-capacitor amplifying section 20 is connected to output sides of respective transfer transistors 2 of photoelectric conversion and transfer portion groups, formed by dividing a plurality of photoelectric conversion and transfer portions 10, each having a photodiode 1 and a transfer transistor 2 by a specified number, and an output side of the switched amplifying section 20 is connected to a vertical signal line 9. The switched-capacitor amplifying portion 20 has a signal charge storage portion 8, an amplifying transistor 3 to the input side of which the signal charge storage portion 8 is connected, and a capacitor 6 and a reset transistor 5 connected between the input and output of the amplifying transistor 3. A control section 25 controls the reset transistor 5 and a switching portion 12, to control the input-side potential of an inversion amplifier, constituted of the amplifying transistor 3 and a constant-current load transistor 4.
