PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a platinum paste capable of forming a conductor in which change of a film quality and conductivity caused by heating are hard to occur. SOLUTION: In the platinum paste, because a crystallite size of platinum powder is sufficiently enlarged to be within a range of 60 to 100 (nm), sinterability is suppressed, and agglomeration is hard to occur even if exposed to a high temperature, and a resistance heating element layer in which change of the film quality and change of conductivity or a resistance value caused by heating are hard to occur can be formed.
